The RENTER’S intention to cancel the booking must be expressed to the OWNER in writing.

The booking deposit is fully refundable minus a $50.00 administrative fee, if the RENTER cancels the reservation in writing on or before end of 5 days prior to check in.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation less than 5 days prior to check in, the RENTER agrees to pay 100% of the rental fee. RENTER agrees that this is reasonable compensation for the period of time that the Cottage would have been withheld from the rental market and reserved for the RENTER. RENTER shall not be refunded for a late arrival or early departure.
